Zoom Airlines are a low cost transatlantic low cost carrier with flights to USA, Canada and Bermuda.

Zoom Airlines flights

Zoom operates low fare scheduled flights from the UK, France and Italy to the United States of America with Canada and Paris, Franc, Canada and Bermuda. Unlike the traditional "low cost" concept Zoom offers full in-flight services including meals and soft drinks and the comfortable seating arrangement provides a 31 inch seat pitch. The real value deal is however the Zoom Premium Seating option which gives a generous 36 inch pitch, upgraded meal service, complimentary bar service, increased baggage allowance, comfort pack and Headsets. The cost for the upgrade ranges from a meagre £50 and £150 (each way) depending on route and season. Flights operate from London-Gatwick, Belfast, Manchester, Glasgow and Cardiff to a total of eleven leisure and business destination in Canada, the USA and Bermuda.

Zoom operates a fleet of bright blue liveried Boeing 767-300ER and 757-200 aircraft which are all named after Canadian Cities.

ZOOM FLIES INTO ADMINSTRATION.

The following is an extract from a statement on the Zoom website:
"Zoom Airlines sincerely regrets to advise its customers that it has suspended operations with effect from 19:00 hrs on Thursday 28 August 2008. Both Zoom Airlines Inc and Zoom Airlines Ltd, the Canadian and UK airlines, have started administration proceedings in their home countries.

All Zoom flights have been cancelled and aircraft grounded.

For customers wh
