Kingfisher’s Founder, Owner and Chairman was recently described by the Industry bible ‘Airline Business’ as "one of India’s most flamboyant, high profile and outspoken businessmen" add that to the fact that he is a Member of Parliament; wears diamond studs in both ears; collects vintage racing cars and named the airline after his best selling "Kingfisher" beer and you may be tempted not to take this rapidly growing airline seriously. But you would be wrong!
