Finnair is a scheduled, full service airline based in Helsinki operating long and short haul flights to business and leisure destinations in Europe, Asia and Oceiana.

Finnair and its subsidiary companies dominate both the domestic and international air travel markets in Finland. It is the fastest growing airline European airline based on Asian traffic. Operating a mixed fleet of aircraft Finnair can operate to the smallest and most isolated regions of Finland as well as flying to some of the largest and busiest airports in the world. There is also expansion in the Russian market with the announcement of new services from Helsinki to Yekaterinburg in the Urals as well as an increase in flights from Helsinki to both Moscow and St Petersburg.


	Finnair operates a fleet of 63 aircraft comprised of Airbus, Boeing and Embraer with an average age of under 6 years.

With easy and convenient connections at Helsinki-Vannta airport we believe that Finnair is worthy of considerstion for that Far East or Australia trip. In recent years they have expanded services to Delhi, Mumbai, Peking, Shanghai, Canton, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Osaka ans Seoul. Most recently Finnair announced new services to Melbourne, Sydney and Perth in Australia (via Hong Kong) in conjunction withone of it’s partner airlines. If you are travelling within Finland there really is no choice-Finnair or Finnair and if you begin your journey outside Finland the connections in Helsinki allow you to transfer to most Finnish domestic airports with little or no delay.
